Our rental process is simple, with daily and monthly rates available. We have a 3 day minimum for all rentals. Pricing varies based on the equipment and duration, with discounted rates for long-term rentals and lease options including rent-to-own. All equipment is calibrated to NIST standards, and calibration certificates are provided with every rental for added assurance.

We offer a range of delivery options. Equipment can be picked up or delivered by van same-day from our Chicago and Houston locations. Additional shipping solutions including ground, express, and LTL freight options. For urgent requests, we can ship via SWA Cargo for same-day delivery. We tackle logistical challenges with expertise, so bring us yours.

At A-Rent, we go beyond merely offering rental equipment – we also provide calibration services to ensure the accuracy and reliability of your existing equipment. Our team can calibrate your equipment with traceability to NIST standards on a 3 day turnaround time.
